MOUSEHOLE 1-1 FALMOUTH TOWN

Falmouth Town and Mousehole shared the points in today’s Southern League clash at Trungle Parc. Mousehole’s goal came in the ninth minute, courtessy of ex Falmouth Town player Tim Nixon. In the second minute of first half stoppage time, Rubin Wilson scored from the penalty spot after a foul on Luke Barner by another ex Town player, James Ward. The second half was just as competitive with some exciting end to end football.

We now look forward to a busy week of football, with a trip to Cinderford Town on Wednesday, April 23rd and then a home fixture to Larkhall Athletic on Thursday, April 24th. The final league fixture of the season will be on Saturday, April 26th, when we welcome Shaftesbury to Bickland Park.

Falmouth Town gained three points with a superb 2-0 win over local rivals Mousehole in this exciting Southern League Boxing Day match. A brace of goals by Rubin Wilson was enough to see Town over the line in front of a bumper crowd of 1,110. Rubin was also awarded Man of the Match. The result sees us out of the relegation zone, ahead of our next game away to Tavistock on Saturday, December 28th. We hope you enjoyed tyhe game and you will come and support us in 2025.

MOUSEHOLE 3-1 FALMOUTH TOWN

Falmouth Town bowed out of the 2024/25 Isuzu FA Trophy after a 3-1 defeat today, at fellow Southern League side Mousehole. The only Town goal came from Cam Hutchison in the fourth minute. Despite some great football, Mousehole gained the upper hand and were worthy of their win. We would like to wish them the best of luck in the next round.
