FA VASE TRIP TO GREAT WAKERING ROVERS

FA VASE TRIP TO GREAT WAKERING ROVERS

There will be a supporters coach going to Great Wakering for Town’s FA Vase Quarter Final match on Saturday, March 9th, 2024.

The details are as follows:

Saturday, March 9th, 2024. Playing Great Wakering Rovers at Burroughs Park, Great Wakering, Southend-on-Sea, SS3 0HQ.

Coach will depart Bickland Park at 5:00am.

We have a supporters coach booked to leave at 5:00am sharp, so we will arrive in Southend-on-Sea around midday (ish).

We will be setiing up our base camp at the The Exhibition Inn, which is about 0.3 miles from the stadium, meaning we can do a full march, with flags, drums, banners, etc. Marching in will give us a distinct advantage and will set the scene, just like it did in Jersey. The Exhibition Inn is perfect with a Beer Garden, a big car park, and is only a short walk to the ground.

Jon Perrow has spoken with them and they will be open from 11:00am for the people already up there. They have very knidly given us a meal deal of ‘any meal in a basket and a pint’ for £10!

The coach will depart from the ground at 6:30pm, us onne and a half hours to hopefully celebrate with the players after the match, as only we do!

The coach fare is £55 per person and will need to be to be paid for in advance, ideally by bank transfer. To book, please call, text, or WhatsApp Jon Perrow on 07779232854, or contact him via Facebook. Hurry, because seats are selling very fast!
