Falmouth Town ran out 4-0 winners this afternoon against Cribbs in the Southern League. Town dominated the game form thre start, with Rubin Wilson scoring after just 4 minutes to put the home side ahead. Falmouth piled on the pressure and were rewarded with a second goal after 26 minutes for defender, Fred Walter. The half finished with more goal action when the Cribbs keeper, Jack Witchard made a spectacular save to stop Falmouth getting a third goal. The half finsihed 2-0 to Falmouth Town.

Both sides started the second half brightly with Cribbs trying to get the ball through into the Town goal area. Town defended well and dealt with any Cribbs pressure with ease. On 60 minutes, Falmouth added their third goal when defender Bradley Leivers hammered home from Ollie Walker cross, who had only just come on for Luke Barner. Further Town pressure saw Cam Hutchison narrowly miss adding a fourth when the Cribbs keeper pushed the ball behind for a corner. After some Cribbs pressure, they were awarded a penalty for what appeared a handball. The Cribbs No:9, Bailey Croome tried to go to the right of Morgan Coxhead, only to put it over the bar. It was Falmouth Town who were to add another goal on 81 minutes when Rubin Wilson added his second for the afternoon. The game ended after 5 minutes extra time with Jack Witchard making another miracle save. Final score, 4-0 to Falmouth Town.
