EXMOUTH TOWN 3-0 FALMOUTH TOWN
Falmouth Town went 1-0 down after just seven minutes to a Torr Swann goal. Despite Town’s efforts, we were unable to find the back of the net. On twenty-five minutes the Exmouth goalkeeper brought Rubin Wilson down in the box, but the referee waved any appeals away. Rubin Wilson was agian brought down by a defender on forty minutes, but the referee was having none of it. The first half ended 1-0 to Exmouth Town.
The second half had only been going for two minutes when Exmouth added a second goal to their tally, through Ben Steer. On the hour, Exmouth’s Luke Steer effectively finished the game off with Exmouth’s third goal of the afternoon. The game ended after four added minutes with the hosts taking all three points.
We now look to our next Southern League game on Tuesday, when we’re home to Larkhall Athletic.
