LATEST INJURY NEWS

Andrew Westgarth has provided an update on the latest injuries for Falmouth Town ahead of Saturday’s Toolstation Western League tie with Saltash.

Jack Webber has not been seen in a Town shirt since suffering an ankle injury in the Ambers 3-1 home defeat to Shepton Mallet back in mid October. “Webby’s [Jack Webber] injury has taken longer to heal than we first thought. What we hoped would only be a couple weeks, but has turned out to be over 3 months by the time he gets back on the pitch. He has responded well to treatment and we are hoping to see him back training by end of the year with a view to playing the start of January”

Last season young player of the year Kayden Gordon-Dunn has also picked up a serious knee injury whilst training. “Kayden, has had bad luck this season with injuries and unfortunately for everyone involved, it looks like he will be out for a while after damaging his knee ligaments”.
